FAQ

We want you to have a fun, safe time on the water. If it will be very nasty out, the Captain will cancel the trip and you will be fully refunded. If it is going to be a sunshower, we will party through it or tuck into a bar.

• If you cancel 7 days or more, prior to your trip, you will be given a full refund.
• If you cancel between 48 hours and 7 days, prior to your trip, the deposit (50%) will be kept and the remaining (50%) will be refunded.
• If you cancel within 48 hours of your trip, the full amount will be charged.

The US Coast Guard limits charters to 12 passengers. For groups larger than 12, you can charter out multiple boats at a time to accommodate your group OR take on of our US Coast Guard Inspected Vessels: Island Time (45-people) and Paddle Pub (26-people).

The larger, 26 and 45 passenger boats, “Paddle Pub” and “Island Time” do have bathrooms on board. The 12 passenger pontoon boats do not but we can make stops at bar/restaurants that allow you to use the restroom. We are never more than 15 minutes away from one.

You are welcome to bring any food and drinks you like on board. Please bring any ice, cups, napkins, and utensils you will need as well. We have coolers and bottle water on all vessels that you are welcome to use.

Yes, we ask that all guests, regardless of age, follow US laws. If any laws are broken or the Captain deems a charter unsafe, the charter will be canceled without refund.

The private boats are yours for the duration of the trip. You can make it as family friendly as you like and yes, dogs + alpacas are welcome on board private trips.

For public tours, we suggest that families book the 10am-12:30pm trip. Dogs and Alpacas are not allowed on public trips due to allergies and safety.

Tips are not included and are suggested at service industry standard of 20%.

Fort Lauderdale:
For Private Boats, groups of 12 or less per boat, your Captain will reach out to you the day prior with the address.
For Island Time Private trips and the Ultimate Boat Tour, you will check-in at Bahia Mar Marina, Dock i: 801 Seabreeze Blvd, Fort Lauderdale. On the North side of the hotel, next to The Pirate Boat.
For Paddle Pub trips, you will check-in at Cycle Party Office: 220 SW 3rd Ave, Fort Lauderdale.

Tampa:
You will meet at Ricks on the River: 2305 N. Willow Ave, Tampa FL. At the middle floating docks. This place is awesome for drinks before/after. Parking is very limited so we suggest Ubering.

If you are at a House, Restaurant, or AirBnB on the water please call to confirm we are able to pick you up there. We do make “house calls” and it’s awesome.

Fort Lauderdale large private boats and public tours have pay to park options at Bahia Mar Hotel/Marina and downtown Ft. Lauderdale. The pricing changes depending on season and special events for the week.

Fort Lauderdale Private 12-passenger Pontoons do not have parking at dock. We highly suggest Uber.

Ricks on the River in Tampa does offer free parking but it is very limited so we suggest Ubering.
